Director
Jackson Koster
As Director of Koster Bulk Haulage, Jackson Koster brings together a unique blend of agribusiness, logistics, supply chain management and operational leadership experience.
Raised in regional Australia, Jackson has built his career around supporting the industries that drive rural Australia. His understanding of agriculture, freight logistics and customer service enables him to provide practical transport solutions tailored to the needs of producers, contractors and businesses across the country.
Jackson studied Agribusiness at Marcus Oldham College, developing a strong foundation in finance, economics, human resources, marketing, business management and agricultural production systems.
Prior to establishing Koster Bulk Haulage, Jackson held the position of Import Export Operations Coordinator with the Riordan Group. In this role he coordinated domestic and international supply chain activities, managed stakeholder relationships, oversaw commodity logistics and contributed to the efficient movement of agricultural products through complex export pathways.
This experience provided valuable insight into the importance of reliability, communication, compliance and operational efficiency throughout the supply chain—principles that continue to guide Koster Bulk Haulage today.
